Cost and Payment Information
Raccoon Falls Guest Cottage rents for a minimum of two nights at $90 per night for the first two guests and $20 per night for each additional guest. Maximum occupancy is 8. You will receive a 10% discount if you stay four or more consecutive nights. Gallia County "lodging tax" of 3% will be applied to your total bill. We request the first night's lodging be paid in advance.
We accept cash or personal checks; we do not accept credit cards. Checks should be made payable to Elizabeth Brubaker.

Directions
From Columbus, Ohio: Take U.S.Route 23 south to Chillicothe then U.S. Route 35 southeast to Rio Grande, Ohio. Take the Rio Grande exit, turn right. At the stop sign turn left onto State Route 588. You will pass Bob Evans Restaurant and Farms. Approximately 3.8 miles past the windmill at Bob Evans Farms, State Route 588 will turn right--take this turn. Go 1.9 miles to Centenary Road, turn right. Continue on Centenary Road for 3.2 miles. The road is winding and has some sharp curves. Approximately 6/10 mile from 588 Centenary Road makes a 90 degree turn to the left (just past a brick farmhouse that sits on the right side of the road)--pay attention or you will end up on the wrong road. At State Route 141 turn right (you will see a gas station/convenience store). Go just over 1/2 mile to Lincoln Pike, turn left. Go slightly more than one mile to 1156 Lincoln Pike. The numbers are on the mailbox on the left side of the road; the cottage driveway is on the right.
From Cincinnati, Ohio Take State Route 32 (The Appalachian Highway) east to Jackson, Ohio. At Jackson, take U.S. Route 35 southeast to Rio Grande, Ohio. Take the Rio Grande exit, turn right. From Point Pleasant, West Virginia Take Route 35 West over the Silver Bridge into Ohio. Exit at the Route 160 Vinton/Gallipolis Exit. As you travel down the exit ramp get into the left lane and proceed straight ahead through two traffic lights. The second light is State Route 160 (landmarks on right CVS Pharmacy and Holzer Medical Center/Holzer Clinic). From this light
proceed straight ahead for 1.7 miles to MItchell Road, turn left (just past the "Big Wheel Carryout"). Proceed on MItchell Road to Stop sign (less than one mile); turn right then make an immediate left onto Vanco Road. Go less than half a mile to the Stop sign and turn left onto Centenary Road. Continue on Centenary Road for approximately 2.9 miles. The road is winding and has some sharp curves. Approximately 3/10 mile from Vanco Road, Centenary Road makes a 90 degree turn to the left (just past a brick farmhouse that sits on the right side of the road)--pay attention or you will end up on the wrong road. At State Route 141 turn right (you will see a gas station/convenience store). Go just over 1/2 mile to Lincoln Pike, turn left.
