| Welcome to Raccoon Falls Cottage. Located in beautiful rural Gallia County Ohio, we are situated on a wooded hillside overlooking the falls. The guest cottage is a cozy three bedroom house with livingroom, den, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, herb garden patio with gas grill, and a large porch which faces the falls. Located just 2 hours southeast of Columbus, we are 10 minutes from the charming Ohio River town of Gallipolis and 15 minutes from Bob Evans Farms, site of the annual Bob Evans Farm Festival. If you want to relax and enjoy the country, this is the place to be. |

We rent to only one family, couple or group at a time. Children are always welcome. The cottage has three bedrooms, two with full-size beds and one with two single beds. The atmosphere is laid back, comfortable and a little funky. Hike through our peaceful fifteen-acre woods criss-crossed by numerous hiking trails. Raccoon Cottage is "self-catering", and contains most kitchen tools you will need to prepare and cook your own food. Your hosts are Reid, Liz and Ross Brubaker. We live in a log cabin next door to the cottage with our dog, Henry and cats, Ivy and Bunny. We'll do our best to make your stay enjoyable. Raccoon Falls is the perfect get-away spot. A wonderful place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Ideal for the artist, cyclist, writer, reader or nature lover--you can hike in the woods, fish in the creek, watch the birds and deer or simply kick back, mellow out and groove to the sound of the falling water.
